Best air fryer deals for July 2024
The air fryers and multi cookers we've selected here are all decent models that did reasonably well in our tests, but you'll have to read our air fryer reviews to find out whether they are Best Buys.
Our pick: Zwilling 1025057
We like: It's quick
We don't like: It undercooks chips if overfilled or not stirred regularly
This basket-type model from Zwilling weighs just under 4kg and has a 900g capacity, which is decent for a single air fryer.
It has six pre-set functions – chips, chicken, prawns, fish, pizza and cake – so you can select the food you're cooking and the time and temperature are calculated for you. There are no other functions, although you do have the option of programming the time and temperature manually.
It measures 30 x 29 x 35cm (H x W x D).

Morphy Richards Health Fryer 480003
We like: It's particularly quiet
We don't like: It's fairly slow to heat up
This Morphy Richards basket-type air fryer has a three litre capacity, that holds between three and four portions, or 500g of chips. It can fry, bake, roast and grill using very little oil.
Manual dials allow you to set the temperature from 80°C to 200°C and the timer up to 30 minutes.
Although it doesn't have in-built cord storage like many air fryers, the cord is detachable and can be packed into the appliance, which could save you vital cupboard space.

Tefal Easy Fry Dual Air Fryer & Grill EY905D
We like: It's quiet
We don't like: It’s very large and bulky
Unlike many other air fryers that are made from plastic, the outside of this Tefal air fryer is covered in stainless steel.
It also has two different sized drawers - this could be handy if you’re cooking a whole chicken but also want to cook sides such as chips or vegetables in the other drawer.
The digital display allows you to switch between six auto programs: fries, chicken, vegetables, fish, dessert and dehydrate. If you’re not a fan of those, you can adjust the temperature manually.

Ninja Foodi Dual Zone AF300UK
We like: Dual-zone technology is efficient and useful
We don't like: Its large size makes it difficult to move and store
The Foodi Dual Zone is a large air fryer with two cooking drawers, which each hold 3.8 litres, for a total capacity of 7.6 litres. Each drawer can run its own program and timings, and if you want, you can press the sync button so that your food is ready to serve up at the same time.
The drawers come with large handles, and if you pull out a drawer to stir and toss your ingredients, the machine will pause and wait for you to reinsert it. It also comes with six automatic programs: max crisp, air fry, roast, reheat, dehydrate and bake.

Ninja Speedi 10-in-1 Rapid Cooker ON400UK
We like: It's easy to use
We don't like: Cleaning isn’t quite as easy as it is with other multi cookers – but it isn’t a chore
This versatile multi cooker has 10 presets: Speedi meals, steam air fry, steam bake, steam, grill, air fry, bake/roast, slow cook, dehydrate and sear/sauté. It also comes with a handy 'keep warm' function.
It has a 5.7-litre capacity and its rectangular shape makes some foods, such as meat joints, easier to fit into the pot.

How to spot a good deal on an air fryer
Manca Virant, Which? air fryer expert, says:
- Air fryer prices usually drop between 20% and 50% when they are on sale. If the appliance is discounted by 50% or more, make sure the original price you're seeing hasn't been overstated to give you the impression of a bigger saving. Compare the original RRP to other retailers before you buy.
- When it comes to multi cookers, don't be upsold on features and settings you're not going to use. Multi cookers are usually on the expensive side, but premium models with extravagant-sounding features can cost £300 or more. If you're on a budget, think about which cooking modes you're actually going to use and avoid overpaying.
- Retailers tend to raise their prices leading up to Black Friday, Boxing Day or other shopping events, so chances are that the model you have your eye on will drop in price later down the line. Use price comparison sites such as PriceRunner and PriceSpy to check historical price data and do a quick Google search as some retailers' price feeds aren't picked up by these sites.

How to recycle your old kitchen appliances
If you're looking to replace an ageing air fryer by shopping in the sales, make sure you dispose of your old one in the correct way.
There are plenty of ways you can offload your unwanted appliances. One option is kerbside collection for small electrical items – in many cases, your local council will collect smaller items such as toasters and kettles. Alternatively, you can drop items at a local recycling centre, or hand them over to retailers that have their own recycling schemes.
